Le Niclafor 1000® est un alliages à base de Cuivre-Nickel-Étain (CuNi9Sn6). Un simple traitement thermique de revenu permet d’obtenir par durcissement, dû à la décomposition spinodale, des caractéristiques mécaniques très élevées.

Comments on heat treatments

On peut faire des TM (250-380°C / 24H) ou TS (250-380°C / 2 à 4H) qui vont auguementer la dureté jusqu'à + 150HV et la Rm (jusqu'à +500 N/mm^2)
